2. Service Description
VibeMine provides AI-generated app idea blueprints based on public market signals. Blueprints include market analysis, competitor research, MVP features, and development prompts. Each blueprint can be unlocked by a maximum of 20 users.
3. Accounts & Credits
- You must sign in with Google to purchase credits and unlock blueprints.
- Credits are purchased through Stripe and never expire.
- Each credit unlocks one blueprint. Unlocks are non-reversible.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.
- Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. No refunds once a blueprint is unlocked.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased blueprint, contact us for support.
5. Intellectual Property
- Blueprint content (ideas, analysis, prompts) is provided for your personal and commercial use.
- You may build apps based on our blueprints. We do not claim ownership of apps you create.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the full blueprint content.
- The VibeMine platform, brand, and pipeline technology remain our property.
6. Disclaimer
- Blueprints are AI-generated research tools, not business guarantees.
- Revenue estimates are projections based on public market data. Actual results may vary.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of competitor analysis or market predictions.
- You are solely responsible for validating ideas before building.
7. Limitation of Liability
VibeMine is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
